From 11 AM to 5 PM on June 4, 2000, Geno's Steaks at 9th Street & Passyunk Avenue, in the Heart of South Philly, sponsored the First Annual Justice For Daniel Faulkner Block Party. There was entertainment and contests. The day's events were hosted by local talk radio personality, Michael Smerconish. ALL proceeds from the day's sales of Geno's Steaks will be used to support our ongoing efforts to spread the truth about Officer Faulkner's murder at the hands of Mumia Abu-Jamal and to memorialize his name with the newly formed "Daniel Faulkner Scholarship Fund". Thanks for joining us for a great day by honoring Police Officer Daniel Faulkner and all local law enforcement officers. Thank you for your support.
Over 6,000 Riders Support the 2nd Annual
Daniel Faulkner Memorial Motorcycle Run
Thanks for Your Support! On May 21, 2000 over 6,000 motorcycle enthusiasts took part in the Second Annual Daniel Faulkner Memorial Motorcycle Run. Proceeds from the event will be distributed to several victims' survivors' scholarship funds. Thanks to everyone who attended! We look forward to seeing you again next year. Let's hope the third time is a charm with regards to the weather!
