Maureen Faulkner places a flower on a plaque which was placed to honor her late husband who was the victim of a brutal murder at the site 20 years earlier. Hundreds of supporters attended the ceremony which took place on the 20th anniversary of Daniel Faulkner's murder.

Officer Faulkner's widow, Maureen Faulkner, is understandbaly emotional as supporters place carnations on a plaque that was dedicated on the 20th anniversary of his death. The crime scene photos from 20 years ago were used to insure that the plaque was placed at the exact site of Officer Faulkner's murder.

Philadelphia Police commisioner John Timoney recently announced his retirement, but it didn't stop him from honoring Officer Faulkner at the plaque dedication ceremony. The ceremony took place on the 20th anniversary of Faulkner's murder, and Timoney stopped by and gave the officer's widow, Maureen, some words of support.

Philadelphia Police Inspector Frank Pryor, recently retired Police Commissioner John Timoney and Maureen Faulkner talk after the plaque dedication ceremony. Timoney had a previous engagement and wasn't able to attend the ceremony, but stopped by later to show his support for Maureen Faulkner in honoring her late husband on the 20th anniversary of his murder.
